In Loving Memory of Wilma Workman who peacefully left this world to embrace the eternal love of Jesus on August 13th, 2023. Born on July 13, 1939, Wilma brought joy to everyone she touched with her boundless love and nurturing spirit. As a wife, she stood by her husband with unwavering support, nurturing a relationship that was a true example of love's enduring power. Her children were her pride and joy, and she dedicated herself wholeheartedly to their well-being, imparting wisdom, guidance, and an unshakeable love that will forever shape their lives. Wilma adored her role as a grandmother, creating cherished memories with her grandchildren through laughter, stories, and shared experiences. She reveled in every moment spent with them, cherishing the opportunity to pass on her love and values to the next generation. Wilma extended her caring nature to family, friends, and community, always ready to lend a helping hand or offer a kind word. Her legacy of love and compassion will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her. Her home was truly embodied warmth, vibrancy, and open-hearted hospitality. It was a place where love and laughter echoed through every room. Her kitchen was a hub of cherished gatherings with hot coffee and snacks ready to be shared. In addition to her parents and her loving husband, Luther Workman, Wilma is preceded in death by a son, Mark Workman, and three sisters, Evelyn Smith, Jeri Wessler and Janet McGan. Wilma leaves behind a loving family who will miss her dearly. She is survived by her sons, Scott (Gail) Fairbank, Johnny Workman, Randy (Dreama) Workman, David (Alla) Workman, Don (Rita) Workman, two brothers, Randy Bryant and Dan Bryant. Several grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Services will be private. Kyker Funeral Home is honored to serve the Workman Family.
