Earl Pardue

Earl Pardue, age 85, departed from this life on August 7, 2021 at his home to be with the Heavenly Father. He was born in Sweetwater on February 4, 1936 and continued to live in Sweetwater except for a brief military deployment. He sang in the church choir for many years at First Baptist Church Sweetwater. For over 30 years he was associated with the Monroe County Health Department. Preceding him in death was his parents: Dewey and Nena Love Pardue, mother of his children: Billie Pardue O’ Droski, and a brother-in-law: Jimmy Turner. He is survived by his wife: Helen Hurst Pardue, daughter: Amy Bowling and special friend Brian Davis, son and daughter-in-law: Michael and Raeanne Pardue, grandchildren: Stephanie and Colby Alpert, Courtney and Jeremy Walker, Caleb Pardue, and special friend Sarah Bridgeman, Caroline Pardue, and Caitlyn Pardue. Sister: June Turner, nephews: Scott and Molly Turner and Brian Turner. Special thank you for the Amedisys staff. In lieu of flowers a memorial may be made to First Baptist Church, 303 Wright St. Sweetwater, TN 37874. Family and friends will gather in Kyker Funeral Homes, Sweetwater, on Monday, August 9, 2021 from 10:00 A. M. until 11:30 A.M. for visitation. Following visitation there will be a brief graveside service at the West View Cemetery with Dr. Leonard Markham officiating.
