Tracy Michelle Winters, 56, of Philadelphia, TN passed away peacefully with her husband by her side on May 31, 2022. Tracy was born on November 12, 1965, in Daytona Beach, Florida to her parents Ernest and Pearl Clifton. Those who knew Tracy knew that she would do anything for anyone and would give you the shirt off her back. . For that reason, she was an extremely loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and sister. Tracy was an avid animal lover, who loved to spend her time rescuing animals. Her love for animals led her to have a love for the outdoors and being in nature. Being the true southern woman that she was, she had a deep love for Sweet Tea, it was by far her favorite drink. When Tracy wasn’t spending time with her dogs, she loved to spend time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren and two daughters. Tracy would often indulge in a good tv show whether it was “Too Cute” or any news channels, she could keep you update on all the news. Among all other things she loved to have her date nights with her husband JR. Tracy is predeceased by her loving parents, Ernest and Pearl; daughter Jamie Lynn; brother-in-law Richard Bruce; and the father of her children Roscoe Conley Jr. She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of over 20 years JR; daughters, Sara Seiber (Josh) and Amanda Clifton (Frank Radics); grandchildren, Abbygail, Konley, and Delta; sisters, Carol Ann Bruce, Sybil Worster, Susan Clifford, and Sharon Miller; sister-in-law, Shannon Bolden (Rick); brother-in-law, Toby Winters (Judith); and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. Most importantly her fur babies will miss her just as much. The family will receive friends on Sunday June 26, 2022 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm a celebration of life will follow at 4pm officiated by Pastor Blake.
