Garion "Coby" Wayne Carroll

Garion “Coby” Wayne Carroll, 32, of Sevierville, Tennessee, passed away on September 11, 2026. He was born on May 24, 1994, in Jellico, Tennessee. Coby was a young man whose impact on our hearts is profound. Even after his departure, his presence remains etched in our daily lives. Though his time on earth was brief, the love he shared endures in the lives he touched. He was a son, father, fiancé, brother, friend, and a source of comfort and joy to many who knew him well. Coby was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Cecil and Frances Douglas, Helen Skowronek, and Tony Marquez; his grandparents, Larry and Rose Douglas, and Samantha Peterson. He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth (Lewis) McCrary; his father, Kenneth Carroll; his grandfather, Jerry (Audrey) Carroll; his sisters, Heaven Baker (Chris West) and Lacey Lobetti; his stepbrother, Jordan Gallagher; and his fiancé, Shannon Hawkins. He also leaves behind his children, Dakota Duncan (16), Lillie Thompson (14), Mason Carroll (8), and Scarlett Carroll (3); nieces, Angel and Emma West; uncles, Mark (Martha) Douglas and Chris Carroll; aunts, Mary Zaki, Crystal Carroll, Jennifer Rogers, Kimberly Bolton, and Faye Murphy; along with numerous great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins, and special family members, including Natalie Carroll, Ashlie Thompson, and John Arnold. The family extends sincere gratitude to his close colleagues at Westgate Resorts in Gatlinburg. Coby’s most enduring legacy is his children—Dakota, Lillie, Mason, and Scarlett. Through them, his spirit, smile, and love will continue to shine brightly. He loved his children profoundly, and they will forever carry a part of him. To his mother, Elizabeth, he was a cherished son, whose memory will be eternally treasured. Alongside Ashlie, Natalie, and Shannon, he shared the priceless gift of parenting and the joy of raising the children he adored. To his family and friends, he leaves countless treasured memories that will never fade. Coby's loss is profound and immeasurable. While we deeply mourn his absence, we choose to focus on the immense beauty of the years we were given with him—the laughter he brought, the profound love he shared, and the priceless moments no tragedy can ever take away. Though we must bid farewell for now, Coby’s story continues through every life he influenced, every shared memory, and every heart that holds him dear. We find our ultimate peace and comfort in knowing that Coby is now at rest with Jesus, and we hold fast to the promise that we will see him again someday. Forever remembered. Forever missed.
