Patricia (Pat) M. Eltzroth

Patricia M. Eltzroth (Melloch) Patricia (Pat) M. Eltzroth (81) passed away Monday, May 04, 2026. She was the most loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Pat was also a dear sister, sister-in-law, caring aunt and friend who will be missed by many. Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Irene Melloch and sister Janet Melloch. She is survived by her husband of nearly 60 years, Bruce Eltzroth; son, Eric Eltzroth; grandchildren, Shayla and Nathan Eltzroth; great grandchild, Gemma; daughter, Kristie Scott (Jeff Copsey); sister, Christine (Edward) Skeehan; and sisters-in-law, Karen (Steve) Harvey and Roberta (Steve) Kelley. She is further survived by her many nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends. Pat was born in Milwaukee, WI, to her parents, Henry and Irene and lived in Milwaukee until after her marriage in 1966. Thereafter, she lived in many states before settling in Kingston, TN in the late 70’s. Pat went back to school in the 80’s, receiving an Associate’s Degree in Health Information Management and worked many years in the field. She kept up with her field of degree through continuing education and memberships until her death and was proud of her higher education. Pat was involved in Tai Chi for over 30 years, traveling for retreats and seminars as well as attending and instructing local classes. Pat loved all animals and cared for many pets, adopting and taking care of stray animals too many times to count. She loved to travel and was able to experience many trips abroad as well as around the US. She loved to read, cook and garden and had a passion for the preservation of the environment and nature. Her family and friends were her highest priority and cherished by her. She set such a wonderful example for her family, and we will miss her and her kind heart dearly until we meet again. Her family will be celebrating her life with a private memorial.
